Exchanges and Returns

If you wish to return or exchange a product, it is important that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Notify us by email or telephone that your product needs to be returned, and we will tell you where you can return your product and what information we need with the shipment.
Once the product has been received by us, we will exchange it for the desired item, or we will cancel the agreement and refund your full purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have canceled the purchase, to the account on which you have paid.
We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You can also return the products within 24 hours of receipt without prior notice, as long as you include a notice stating your wish to cancel.
