Shipping and Delivery
Once your order is placed, we strive to deliver it to you as soon as possible. You will be kept informed of the status of your order via email.
The delivery process depends on various factors:
1. Payment:
If you have chosen a payment method where the amount must be paid prior to delivery (such as iDeal, PayPal, Bancontact, Credit Card, or bank transfer), your order will only be processed once the payment is received.
Depending on the chosen payment method, this may take 1 to 2 days for the payment to be processed.
2. Product Stock Status:
The delivery time is indicated in the product description. For products in stock, a delivery time of 1 to 2 days is mentioned. However, since we import many products, it may not always be possible to deliver within the specified timeframe. The indicated delivery time is an estimate, and no rights can be derived from it.
What if the delivery time is not met?
If the order cannot be delivered within the expected timeframe, we will do our best to inform you of the reason for the delay, the expected delivery time, and any alternative options that can be delivered more quickly. You have the option to cancel the order at any time and request a refund.
Shipping via Parcel Post with DHL
To ensure a smooth and customer-friendly delivery of your pallet, we collaborate with DHL for our pallet shipments. Some advantages of our DHL delivery include:
⦁ Track & Trace code for specific delivery information
⦁ Fast delivery within the Benelux, usually within 1 to 2 working days
⦁ 2 delivery attempts
Shipping Costs:
The shipping costs for DHL pallet shipment are exclusive of VAT:
Netherlands: €44.76 per pallet
Belgium: €63.97 per pallet
Luxemburg €63,97 per pallet

Delivery Time:
After your pallet is registered, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code. The estimated delivery times are:
Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days
Belgium: 1 to 2 working days
Other Countries (see shipping cost table)
You will also receive email updates on the status of your shipment. Please ensure that you are physically present to receive the shipment. If you are not present, the shipment will be reattempted at a later time. In some cases, additional charges may apply if you are not present during a delivery attempt.
Delivery with Own Transport in the Randstad
In addition to our collaboration with DHL for pallet shipments, we also offer delivery with our own transport in the Randstad area. If your order qualifies and meets the requirements, this delivery is offered free of charge, provided that the minimum order amount of €1000 excluding VAT is maintained.
Conditions for Free Delivery:
⦁ Delivery with our own transport is available for addresses within the Randstad area.
⦁ Your order must meet the minimum order amount of €1000 excluding VAT.
⦁ If your order can be transported with our own transport and there is availability, it will be delivered free of charge.
⦁ These specific conditions apply only to stores with whom we have made such an agreement.
Free Pickup of Your Order
We also offer the option to pick up your order completely free of charge. This option is always available, provided that:
⦁ You inform us in advance of your desire to pick up the order.
⦁ The pickup location and time are in accordance with our capabilities.

Exchange and Returns
Returns are only possible after contacting one of our colleagues via wholesale@targetmart.nl or by phone at +316 85865595. Please contact our customer service to arrange the return shipment.The return address is:

The cost of returning the product is at your own expense. We do not charge separate handling fees for processing your return shipment.
